We assume in what follows that you have already made arrangements (either with us or another organisation) to host your web site. If not, please see here.

If you haven't already got a web site, then we can create one for you quickly.  Similarly, if you haven't got a registered domain name (e.g. yourcompany.com or yourcompany.co.uk) we can arrange this for you also.  In addition, if you want us to administer your site for you (e.g. modify pages for you from time to time, add/remove users etc.), we can also take care of this for you.

Your Site could be up and running within 10-14 days!

What sort of site should you be looking for?  Your web site is your organisation's shop window on to the internet, so as a minimum we think you should expect it to do the following:

  • it should be consistent with your other marketing materials
  • it should inform your customers and prospects and provide them with another means of communicating with (and ideally doing business with) you
  • it should achieve a proper balance between information, content and attractiveness (e.g. flashy graphics should normally only be used if users are likely to expect them because of the nature of your business!)
  • it should be easy to use and navigate, ideally including a search facility and a site map so that users can quickly find what they are looking for
  • it may also provide an effective communication tool for your staff
  • above all, it should be designed with your business and marketing aims in mind!

Depending on your requirements, your site can range in complexity from a simple online shop window with very little interactiveness, to a full blown e-commerce site.  (We can guide you along the road from the former to the latter, should you wish to take this route!).

We are happy to offer a free initial consultation, without any obligation on your part.  At this meeting, we will listen to you, form a picture about your business and how you want it to be marketed/presented, and look at your existing marketing materials (brochures, catalogues etc.).  After this we will then suggest a broad design for your site and discuss it with you.  We will then work from copies (ideally electronic, if not paper will do!) of any relevant existing materials that you wish to be incorporated, and, depending on the complexity of the site, either produce a prototype site or a full first version of the site we propose for you.   We will then refine the site, with further discussions as you require, to produce a final version that you are happy with.   After that, we are available to provide support should you need it!

Key Benefits

  • we provide a complete service, tailored to your requirements: use us as much or (should you be able to manage most of the work in house, but just need a little expert help and advice) as little as you want

  • ongoing support also available after your site has been built
